Relationship of DNA modifications to gene expression is conserved across CNS cell types. High, mid, low, and unexpressed genes were identified for each cell type from RNA-seq data. Percent mCG A–C, hmCG D–F and mCH G–I averaged over 200 nucleotide bins from 4 kb upstream to 4 kb downstream of genes based on their expression level in each cell type
