Folinic acid attenuates MTX-reduced enrichment of H3K79me2 in Shh, Sufu genes. A Western blot assay analyzed as indicated antibody. mESCs were cultured in complete medium under MTX treatment (1 μM; 12 h), and supplemented with folinic acid (50 mg/L; 24 h).
