Association of H2BK12cr level with TNM stages of CRC. The 40 CRC patients were classified into TNM stages I to IV according to their pathological examination results. The H2BK12cr levels in PBMCs from 40 CRC patients and 40 healthy controls were analyzed. Statistical significance was assessed with a one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) followed by Dunnett multiple comparisons test. Meanā€‰Ā±ā€‰SD.
