Association of H2BK12cr level with TNM stages of CRC. The 40 CRC patients were classified into TNM stages I to IV according to their pathological examination results. The H2BK12cr levels in PBMCs from 40 CRC patients and 40 healthy controls were analyzed. Statistical significance was assessed with a one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) followed by Dunnett multiple comparisons test. Mean ± SD. N = 40 for healthy controls; N = 10, 12, 12 and 6 for stages I, II, III and IV, respectively. NS, not significant. *P < 0.05
