Increased levels of ac4C RNAs after UV irradiation are identical in the G1, S, and G2 phases of the cell cycle. The density of ac4C RNA was detected in A non-irradiated HeLa Fucci cells and B UVA-irradiated HeLa Fucci cells, stably expressing RFP-tagged cdt1 (red) in the G1 phase and GFP-tagged geminin (green) in the G2 phase of the cell cycle.
