NuA4 is required for replication recovery after DNA damage provoked by CPT. a, b NuA4 subunits promote efficient recovery of DNA replication after DNA damage. Chromosome samples from the indicated cells were examined by PFGE. Exponentially growing cells (Log) were treated with CPT for 3 h and returned to fresh medium (post-CPT) at 25 °C (in a) or 30 °C (in b). Cells were collected, and chromosome samples were prepared at the indicated times. Representative images of repeat experiments are shown
