Kcnq1ot1 knockdown boosts p57 induction in differentiating myoblasts. a Proliferating C2.7 myoblasts were transfected with Kcnq1ot1 siRNAs. After 24 h cells were collected to analyze Kcnq1ot1 levels by RT-qPCR in samples depleted for Kcnq1ot1 transcript (siKcnq1ot1) compared to the control (siCTR).
