a ChIP-qPCR was performed at six genomic loci (HoxD1, Sox11, Twist1, Snai2, Ppp1r3c, and Lefty1) all derepressed after Wapal depletion with an antibody specific to H3K27me3. Nanog, which is well expressed in ESCs, is used as a negative control. Two additional negative controls (Ctrl 1 and Ctrl 2) are included—genomic regions within gene deserts.
