  1. Human EZH2α and EZH2β were aligned against all predicted EZH2 isoforms across species to determine the degree of conservation. The highest scoring correlations for each species and the two isoforms are indicated. Global alignment with free ends gap was performed using the Geneious alignment tool with BLOSUM62 matrix constrained by an open gap penalty of 12 and gap extension penalty of 3.
