ΔNp63 binds inaccessible unmodified chromatin in K562. a 1980 high-confidence ΔNp63 bound sites in K562 were Kmeans clustered into 4 groups by DNase, H2AFZ, 5 active (H3K4me1, H3K4me2, H3K4me3, H3K9ac, H3K27ac), 2 repressive (H3K9me3, H3K27me3) and other (H3K79me2, H3K9me1, H3K36me3).
