Condensin components and other known heterochromatin factors identified were also shown. b Cell lysates from cells expressing Alp13-GFP and Rbm10-TAP under their own promoter at their native sites were immunoprecipitated with an antibody specific for TAP, and analyzed by immunoblotting using a GFP antibody.
