TET1, TET2, and MYC target genes overlap. Overlap between DEGs upon TET1 KD and ectopic TET2 expression in human T-ALL cells (CCRF-CEM), and previously identified MYC target genes, obtained from the Molecular Signatures Database (MSigDB) [35,36,37].
