From: The long non-coding RNA Kcnq1ot1 controls maternal p57 expression in muscle cells by promoting H3K27me3 accumulation to an intragenic MyoD-binding region

Fig. 5

EZH2 and H3K27me3 association to the maternal p57 intragenic region decreases during differentiation. ChIP-qPCR analysis for IgG and EZH2 (a) and H3K27me3 (b) during differentiation (U undifferentiated and D differentiated) of polymorphic fibroblasts (C57B/6 female × SD7 male) expressing exogenous MyoD. qPCR analysis was performed using primers specific for p57 promoter (p57 p), for maternal and paternal p57 intragenic regions (M-p57i and P-p57i, respectively), and for β-Actin promoter (β-Act p) used as a negative control. Values are the mean of two independent experiments and expressed as percentages of Input. Values for H3K27me3 association were also normalized to those of the invariant internal control, the Amylase promoter. Error bars indicate the SEM. p value < 0.05 (*)
