Abolishment of osteoclastogenic H3NT proteolysis and H3K27me1 by G9a inhibitor. OCP cells were treated with DMSO control (a), MMP-9 inhibitor (b), G9a inhibitor (c), or MMP-9 + G9a inhibitors (d) and cultured for 0, 1, 3, and 5 days with RANKL.
