Dependence of osteoclastogenic H3NT proteolysis and H3K27me1 on G9a. a Chromatin was extracted from primary OCP cells treated with RANKL for 0, 1, 3, and 5 days and analyzed by Western blotting with H2A, H2B, H3, and H4 CT antibodies (left panel). OCP-induced cells were also fixed with formaldehyde, stained for TRAP (tartrate-resistant acid phosphatase), and photographed under a light microscope (10×) (middle panel).
