CP190 speckle number is reduced upon FLAG-dSUMO expression. Constitutively FLAG-dSUMO expressing cells were treated with dsRNA against Smt3 or against Aos plus Uba2 (Aos/Uba2). In both cases, cells were stained with antibodies against FLAG (green) and CP190 (red).
