Global histone H3 post-translational modifications levels in chicken ESCs, RA-differentiated ESCs, BCs, PGCs and CEFs. H3K9me3, H3K27me2/3, H3K9me2 and H3K4me3 levels were quantified and normalised to total H3 levels by Western blot analysis of 3 μg of purified histones.
