H2A.Z-dependent recruitment of WDR5 and BPTF. H2A.Z, BPTF and WDR5 were depleted from LD611 cells, and chromatin immunoprecipitation (ChIP) assays of BIRC3 (A) and CCND1 (B) genes were performed using antibodies against H2A.Z, WDR5, BPTF and H3K4me1/me2/me3. Precipitation efficiencies relative to nonenriched input samples were determined for upstream region (UR), transcription start site (TSS) and coding region (CR) by qPCR with primers listed in Additional file 6: Table S5. Percentage input is determined as the amount of immunoprecipitated DNA relative to input DNA.
