The H3K37A mutation selectively disrupts Nhp10, but not Hmo1, binding to ribosomal protein genes. The indicated strains were either mock treated or treated with 25 nM rapamycin for 30 minutes before performing chromatin immunoprecipitation analysis for either Nhp10 and Hmo1 binding at (A) RPS14B, (B) RPS5, (C) RPS13. The relative positions of primers used in qPCR are indicated below each graph.
