Histone H3 acetylation and HDAC3 localization are altered in MEN1-depleted cells. (a-d) Micrococcal nuclease ChIP of shRNA-MEN1 and shRNA-NS cell lines treated with IFN-γ for 30 minutes or uninduced. The indicated antibodies were used and qPCR quantified the precipitate yield, reported as percent of input. (e, f) Crosslinked ChIP of shRNA-MEN1 and shRNA-NS cell lines treated with IFN-γ for 30 minutes or uninduced. HDAC3 antibody was used and qPCR quantified the precipitate yield, reported as percent of input. Immunoglobulin G served as the negative control. P ≤ 0.05 for 3a, b, c, f.
