SMCX domains: BRIGHT = DNA binding domain, JmjC = JmjC domain, JmjN = JmjN domain, PHD1 = PHD-finger 1, PHD2 = PHD-finger 2, Zn = zinc finger. G9a domains: ANK = Ankyrin repeats domain, Pre-set = Pre-set motif, Post-set = Post-set domain, Set = Set domain.
