(A) Naturally derived rabbit zygotes and (B and C) rabbit one-cell nuclear transfer (NT) embryos. The arrow points to the sticking sperm head (see Figure 2). (B, n = 8) Represents a significant loss of DNA methylation in the NT embryo, (C, n = 2) represents a lesser extent of DNA demethylation in NT embryo. Scale bar 20 μm.
